The house needed a new roof, and the back wall was peeling off, so it was decided to do all work together. The house is a Victorian house. It was not well built originally and has four storeys purpose built with two entrances.
In the refurbishment the basement was turned into an office, and the loft was made into a double height space - so the rooms can be used in different ways and to reduce the perception of the number of floors. The space is sometimes used by one person and sometimes by more, so the lay out was made in such a way that spaces can be divided when all rooms are used.
