Visitors will be led on a tour of GOSH's newest redevelopment site, the Sight and Sound Hospital featuring a sensory garden and bespoke artworks. Tours will continue to the beautiful and unexpected St Christopher's chapel in the main site.

Two London Underground stations are near the hospital (Russell Square and Holborn), and several mainline train stations are within walking distance (Euston, Kings Cross, St Pancras, Waterloo and Charing Cross).
The Sight and Sound building, originally known as the Italian Hospital, was founded in 1884 by Italian businessman, Giovanni Ortelli. The hospital was run by the Sisters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul for the Italian community in London until it closed over a century later.
Shortly after its closure, the hospital was taken over by Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) in 1992. Since then, it has been home to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, patient and family accommodation, and the hospital creche. In 2021 the building re-opened as the Sight and Sound Centre at GOSH, the UK’s first dedicated facility for children and young people with sight and hearing loss.

The independent cultural centre Pushkin House will contribute to this year's Open House Festival through a programme of events and community initiatives at its Grade-II listed building in Bloomsbury Square.

Grade II-listed Georgian domestic building c.1760, formerly part of Bedford Estate. Interior refurbished 1924-5 to form lecture hall (restored 2014), library, bookshop and offices. Oak woodwork and green Doulton tiles line the staircase.
