Extension and refurbishment of a 2-storey "home for heroes" terraced house with open-plan modern layout and minimal aesthetic. The extension features exposed bricks and timber joists with bespoke bamboo kitchen and paneling.

  • Modern refurbishment of 1922 Home for Heroes

    The property was in a very bad condition and was completely refurbished and extended.
    The layout was revisited to create an open plan living area facing the large rear garden. The new extension was built using raw materials like exposed bricks and exposed timber joists. The kitchen is bespoke and use bamboo ply for the doors and shelves. Lots of concealed storage area and a downstairs WC were added and feature bespoke bamboo paneling. A large sliding door overlooks a pation and the lush rear garden. The landscape of the garden is still work in progress.
