Formerly 269 Leigham Court Road, Kate Macintosh designed the Grade II Listed sheltered housing scheme of 44 flats, common room, shop and amenities contained in seven blocks, linked by a covered walkway surrounded by trees and gardens.

    Macintosh Court, 269 Leigham Court Road in Streatham is a purpose-built sheltered housing scheme with 45 flats that are currently home to 50 residents, all over the age of 60, all on secure tenancies. Designed by the exemplary architect Kate Macintosh to specifically house elderly people, it has been a highly successful and popular scheme for over 45 years.
