  • Low walls located along the main walkway provide opportunities for visitors to sit and relax
  • Planting has been designed to represent two seperate geograpic hemispheres - eastern and western
  • Visitors admire the Cornus florida (flowering dog wood) and the planting in the west end of the garden
  • Internal view of the garden illuminated at night
  • Visitors to the garden will find it both relaxing and informative
  • The western hemisphere zone is predominantly planted with a variety of tree ferns originating from South America, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand
  • The garden provides a secluded space for meetings
  • The form of the timber building itself is reminiscent of a ship - a nod to the sites maritime past
